• Orientation Pay:
• Increased to $10,000 (paid in the first 180 days)

Driver Referral Pay

• Paid in the first 180 days as follows: Week 1: $1,500, Week 2: $1,200, 120 Days: $2,300, 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil experience is a plus but not required
