Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers regional routes in the Midwest, providing steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time. The average annual pay ranges from $72,000 to $83,000.

Key benefits include:

1. Pay: $1,500 weekly plus accessorials.
2. Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days. Orientation includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals.
3. Home Time: Every weekend.
4. Additional Benefits: 401(k) with employer match, top-tier equipment, rider and pet policies, affordable insurance options, paid vacation (after 6 months), and paid holidays.
5. Driver Referral Pay: Increased to $5,000 during the promotion period, with milestone payments at 1,000, 90, 120, and 180 days.

Requirements for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers include:
