Description:

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time on our Midwest regional routes, with an average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000.

  • Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
  • $1,500 per week
  • Plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay:
  • Increased to $10,000 (paid in the first 180 days)
  • Includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals
• Home Time: Every weekend

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
