Join Montgomery Transport's Midwest regional routes as a CDL-A flatbed truck driver and enjoy steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with an average annual income of $72,000 - $83,000.

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Schedule:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• Within 120 days: $2,300
• Within 180 days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
