Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers regional routes in the Midwest, providing steady freight, excellent support, and home time, with an average annual salary of $72,000 - $83,000.

• Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• $1,500 in week 1
• $1,200 in week 2
• $2,300 after 120 days
• $5,000 after 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
