Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers Midwest regional routes with steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year.

• Average annual pay: $72,000 - $83,000
• $1,500 weekly pay plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (paid within first 180 days)

Driver Referral Pay:

• Referral pay increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)

Requirements:

• 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
