With our Midwest regional routes, Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year.

We are currently offering a New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025).

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay: Drivers earn $72,000 - $83,000 annually, with a weekly pay of $1,500 plus accessorials.
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000, paid within the first 180 days. Includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals.
• Home Time: Home every weekend.
• Additional Benefits: 401(k) with employer match, top-tier equipment, rider & pet policy, affordable insurance options, paid vacation (after 6 months), and paid holidays.

Referral & Orientation Pay

• Driver Referral Pay: Increased to $5,000, with milestone payments at 1,000, 90, 120, and 180 days.
• Orientation Pay Breakdown: $1,500 in Week 1, $1,200 in Week 2, $2,300 at 120 days, and $5,000 at 180 days.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months in flatbed.
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
