• Pay: $72,000 - $83,000 annually, $1,500/week plus accessorials.
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days.

Driver Referral Pay:

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with 6 months of flatbed experience.
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
