CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Midwest Regional Benefits:

1. Pay:
   1. Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year!
   2. $1,500 per week
   3. Plus accessorials
2. NEW Orientation Pay:
   1. Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days!

3. Orientation info:
   1. Rental car or plane ticket (depending upon driver’s domicile)
   2. Single rooms
   3. Breakfast, lunch, & dinner provided
4. Home every weekend

Driver Referral Pay:

1. Referral pay increased to $5,000 (Effective 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - Fuel the Fleet!
   1. $1,000 for first load
   2. $1,000 after 90 days
   3. $1,500 after 120 days
   4. $1,500 after 180 days

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:

1. Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days!
   1. $1,500 in Week 1
   2. $1,200 in Week 2
   3. $2,300 after 120 days
   4. $5,000 after 180 days

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
2. No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
3. No DUI in the past 10 years
4. Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
