Job Title: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time with our Midwest regional routes. The position offers an average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000.

Benefits

• Average pay: $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Program

• Referral pay increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025):
  • $1,000 for first load
  • $1,000 after 90 days
  • $1,500 after 120 days
  • $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Details

• Total of $10,000, paid in the first 180 days:
  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,200
  • 120 Days: $2,300
  • 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
