Driver Referral Pay:

90 Days = $1,000
120 Days = $1,500

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:
Increased to $10,000 (Effective 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days!
Week 1: $1,500
Week 2: $1,200
120 Days: $2,300
180 Days: $5,000
Requirements:
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
No DUI in the past 10 years
Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
