Benefits include:

• Pay: $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days
• Home every weekend

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), with milestones at 1,000, 90, 120, and 180 days

Orientation Details:

• Paid in installments totaling $10,000
• Includes travel, single rooms, and meals

Requirements:

• At least 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
