Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers regional routes in the Midwest, providing steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time. The role averages between $72,000 and $83,000 annually.

• Weekly pay: $1,500 plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Program:

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• Within 120 days: $2,300
• Within 180 days: $5,000

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
