Description:

Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers Midwest regional routes with steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year!

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (Effective 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Benefits:

• Pay:
  • Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
  • $1,500 per week + accessorials
• Orientation Pay:
  • $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days)
• Orientation Details:
  • Rental car or plane ticket (based on driver’s domicile)

Driver Referral Pay:

• $5,000 total (effective 5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 after first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, $1,500 after 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
