Benefits

• Pay: $72,000 - $83,000/year, $1,500/week plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days
• Orientation Details: Rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, meals provided

Driver Referral Pay

Orientation Pay Breakdown

• Paid in the first 180 days
• Weekly payments: Week 1: $1,500, Week 2: $1,200, 120 Days: $2,300, 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil experience is a plus but not required
