Real GRIT. Real Drivers. Real Integrity.
My name is Haley Peek McArthur. I am 26 and started working for BRW in 2024. I chose this company because they are very family-oriented. I have two toddlers, and BRW has never made me feel less as a driver for being a mom. They are amazing, and I love my dispatch team for always educating me and having my best interests in mind. I drive the local division out of Eastaboga.

I started at BR Williams Trucking in April 2000. I began in the shop as a fueler and washer, then moved into trailer and truck services, and later into heavy maintenance on trailer tractors in 2002. They taught me how to drive a big rig, and that’s when my career accelerated! I’ve been here for 25 years, and I love the people I work with and our dispatchers, whom I’ve known since I was 18. They are like family to me.
