My name is Haley Peek McArthur. I am 26 and started working for BRW in 2024. I chose this company because of its family-oriented culture. I began my career at BR Williams Trucking in April 2000, starting in the shop as a fuel and washer attendant. Over the years, I moved into trailer and truck services, then into heavy maintenance on trailer tracks in 2002. They taught me how to drive a big rig, which launched my career into overdrive! I've been here for 25 years, and I love the people I work with, including our dispatchers, who are like family to me.
