My name is Haley Peek McArthur. I am 26 and started working for BRW in 2024. I chose this company because they are very family-oriented. I started with BR Williams Trucking in April 2000. I began in the shop as a fuel and washer, then moved into trailer and truck services, and later into heavy maintenance on track trailers in 2002. They taught me how to drive a big rig, and my career took off! I've been here for 25 years, and I love the people I work with and our dispatchers — I've known them since I was 18, and they are like family to me.
