My name is Haley Peek McArthur. I am 26 and started working for BRW in 2024. I chose this company because they are very family-oriented. As a mom of two toddlers, BRW has always supported me and never made me feel less as a driver. I appreciate my dispatch team for their support and education. I drive the local division out of Eastaboga.

I started with BR Williams Trucking in April 2000. My roles have included shop work, trailer service, truck services, and heavy maintenance on track trailers. I learned to drive a big rig in 2002, which launched my career. I've been here for 25 years, and what keeps me here are the people and dispatchers I’ve known since I was 18—they are like family to me.
