My name is Haley Peek McArthur. I am 26. I started working for BRW in 2024. I chose this company because they are very family-oriented. I have two toddlers, and life can get chaotic, but BRW has never made me feel less as a driver for also being a mom. I started BR Williams Trucking in April 2000. I started in the shop as a fuel and washer, moved into trailer service and truck services, and then into heavy maintenance on track trailers...in 2002. They taught me how to drive a big rig, and that's when my career got kicked into overdrive! I've been here for 25 years, and I've loved every minute of it! What keeps me here is the people I work with and all our dispatchers; I've known them since I was 18, and they are family to me.
