Penske Logistics in Riverside, CA is seeking full-time Local Class B Delivery Truck Drivers to load and unload groceries, operate late-model Penske trucks, and deliver to local grocery stores. This role offers home daily with a floater schedule and 24/7 operation coverage that may include weekends.

Qualifying drivers must have a valid Class B CDL with Airbrake endorsement, a current DOT medical card, and a clean DMV record.

• Valid Class B CDL with Airbrake endorsement required.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required; 1 year of documented relevant driving experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal/state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Federal law English language proficiency required (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Background check and drug screening required; employment application and location-based check.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Local Class B Delivery Truck Drivers

• Earn $26.70 per hour
• Overtime after 8 hours in a day

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks

Schedule:

• Floater: schedule as needed
• Days and hours vary based on coverage needed
• Operation operates 24 hours 7 days a week
• Weekends and holidays required

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years required
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
• The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
