Job summary

10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking a Company Dedicated Class-A CDL Driver to haul condo trucks and dry van trailers across the United States. This no-touch freight role involves loads in multiple regions with some drop-and-hook and some live unloading.

Expect 2–3 weeks out on schedule with 2–3 days off. Trucks are automatic; compensation starts at 0.57 CPM with a Safe and On-Time bonus, reflecting experience and route conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 3 months' tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months or equivalent road time in the last 10 years.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening (urine and hair).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and timely transportation of all loads while remaining compliant with safety regulations and company policies.

Job Summary

• Overview: CDL-A drivers wanted for operating condo trucks and dry van trailers hauling products with current operations within all regions of the United States.
• Operations: Drivers on this fleet operate condo trucks and dry van trailers.
• Responsibilities: Job responsibilities on this account include ensuring the safe and timely transportation of all loads and remaining compliant with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Freight: This is a no-touch freight account.
• Load type: Loads at some locations will be drop-and-hook, while others will involve live unloading or possibly live reloading.
• Delivery locations: 48 lower states.
• Schedule: 2-3 weeks out with 2-3 days off
• Compensation: Salary starting at 0.57 CPM DOE, Safe and On-Time Bonus
• Equipment: All trucks are automatic transmission.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

• At least 21 years of age.

  • Applicants under the age of 23 cannot have more than 1 moving violation within the past 12 months and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 year

• Must have 3 months' experience driving a tractor-trailer in the last 12 months or as much time on the road for any period than off the road in the last 10 years.

  • All experience must be verifiable T/T experience with at least a 40 foot trailer

• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements.

• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening (both urine and hair).
