Job summary

Assisting Hands Deerfield is seeking a compassionate CNA/Caregiver to support clients with daily living tasks including companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders. You will assist with bathing, dressing and mobility while maintaining dignity and safety in a home setting.

Flexible morning and daytime shifts are available, starting at $19.50/hour up to $22/hour. Immediate start, with overtime paid time and a half on holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable helping both male and female clients.
• Experience helping with personal care.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – conversation, games, TV.
• Personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
