Job summary

Assisting Hands Deerfield is seeking a caring caregiver/CNA to provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation to clients in the Deerfield area. You’ll support clients with daily activities and engage them in respectful, friendly interactions.

Starting pay is $13.50/hour up to $22/hour, with weekday, weekend, and morning daytime shifts available. Hours over 40 and holidays are paid time and a half. Immediate start, supportive team, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ of caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable helping both male and female clients.
• Experience helping with personal care.
• No Restrictions concerning type of care.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – conversation, playing games, watching TV.
• Personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
