Job Description

The Companion Observer is a staff member trained to provide supportive care to patients who need 1:1 observation for safety. The Companion Observer assures safety by constant observation and assists with providing a therapeutic care environment.
Must be present for mandatory orientation taking placeJuly 28th, 29th, & 30th

PAY SCALE: $17-$21.58
*The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
