Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have active driver's license and insured vehicle; able to travel across the county.
• Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety and assist clients with activities of daily living at home.
• Provide non-medical personal care including hygiene and housekeeping.
• Remind about medications and transportation to appointments.
• Provide emotional and social support to clients.
• Report changes in client status to supervising staff.
