Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA/PCA/HHA to support seniors in their homes. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe home environment, including transportation to appointments and outings.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life. A valid driver’s license and caregiving experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, reliable personality.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass background and driving checks.
• PCA, HHA, or CNA certification — or at least one year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Open availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Create a safe, calm, and organized environment.
• Assist with daily activities: dressing, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders.
• Help with errands, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and outings.
• Follow the care plan and maintain clear communication with clients and families.
• Provide personal care if trained (bathing, toileting, hygiene, mobility assistance).
