LifeSpire of Virginia seeks CNAs and PCAs for part-time, as-needed roles. Provide non-medical companionship, assist residents to appointments, and help with daily activities in a supportive community.

Candidates should have friendly, patient demeanor, strong communication, English literacy, and a willingness to assist with meals, light housekeeping, and transportation. Prior geriatric care knowledge is helpful; training provided.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality and telephone etiquette are required.
• Must demonstrate ability to perform essential functions and provide quality care.
• Ability to read/write in English and understand geriatric care or aging process.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and safe, non-medical services.
• Escort residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks (meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry).
• Maintain confidentiality and follow community policies.
• Document necessary information in a timely manner.
