Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders and assisting with mobility around the home.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Support clients with physical therapy exercises.
• Help with shopping or accompany to appointments.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
