Job summary

MD Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care and meaningful companionship in Western Cuyahoga and Eastern Lorain County communities. Positions are part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling and $18 per hour pay, plus the potential for bonuses and referrals.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and accompaniment to appointments.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in supporting older adults.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Personal or family caregiving experience is valued.
• Reliable transportation to client assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance for transportation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with daily routines and non-medical activities.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Offer respite and support for family caregivers.
