Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate Companion Caregivers to support clients in Marlborough, Berlin, Acton, Harvard MA areas. You will provide friendship, assist with daily activities, and help with mobility and transportation as needed.

We offer flexible hours, supportive culture, training, and opportunities for professional development. Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in recreational activities and social interactions.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings and report changes in health or needs.
