FirstLight Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in need. You will provide comfort, companionship, and assistance with daily tasks to enhance independence and wellbeing.

We offer $13/hour starting pay, flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), paid training, 24/7 support, and thoughtful client matching to ensure a good fit for you and your clients.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience (professional or personal) is preferred.
• Empathy, kindness, and reliability are essential.
• Strong communication and active listening are important.

Responsabilités

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meals and snacks as needed.
• Encourage light physical activity and mobility.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
