Executive Home Care (EHC) in Conway, AR, is hiring Companion Caregivers to offer non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. This role focuses on social interaction and light household tasks to help reduce loneliness and improve quality of life.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Work collaboratively within a team and follow care plan guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide meaningful social interactions to combat loneliness.
• Assist with light housekeeping and transportation to appointments.
• Help with light meal planning and nutritious meals.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Observe and report changes to the care team.
• Document visits and observations accurately.
• Support clients in staying engaged with hobbies and outings.
