Job Description

We are looking for people who are committed to enhancing the quality of life of older adults and people living with disabilities or medical conditions by providing the best in‑home care with empathy, excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Social companionship, reminders, and support with a variety of daily living tasks
• Transportation and companionship to appointments, errands and social outings
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Standby assistance with personal hygiene
• Overnight safety assistance

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification is required. We look for people whose compassionate heart for older adults, excellent customer service skills and creative problem solving are evident.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of application.
• A reliable, insured vehicle to travel on client behalf for all scheduled shifts and travel 15 miles for any scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Daily access to email, the Internet and a mobile phone.
• We are a drug‑free workplace. A criminal background and driving record check will be completed prior to hiring.
