Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Companion Caregiver to provide services to patients/clients in their residences.

• Provide "hands-off" care, including:
• Encouraging socialization and mild exercise
• Reminding clients to take medications on time
• Supervising safety during bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Assisting with grocery shopping and light housekeeping
• Arriving on time and leaving after shift completion
• Performing duties accurately and promptly
• Observing infection control procedures to safeguard clients

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Preferred: One year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker/Provider
• Ability to perform tasks professionally and adhere to policies
• Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills in English
• Proficiency in computer skills
