Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in pet retail.
• Strong knowledge of companion animals, aquatics, and animal care practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High focus on customer service and people development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, safety, and welfare of live animals following Petco standards.
• Coach partners to deliver confident, compassionate, and knowledgeable customer interactions.
• Drive Companion Animal and Aquatics sales, margin, and shrink performance through disciplined execution.
