We are hiring for a Compactor Repair Technician at our Indianapolis location: 10000 E 56TH ST INDIANAPOLIS, IN. This full-time, entry-level position offers a $1500 Sign-On Bonus and opportunities for additional pay incentives for ASE, Engine, and CDL certifications.

Job Summary: Under general supervision, perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on compactors and containers, including electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems. Use electronic systems to interpret failure modes, estimate repair costs, and document work performed.

Qualifications: Two years of relevant experience, valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to perform physical tasks, and pass pre-employment screening. No specific certifications required but beneficial.

Work Environment: Exposure to dirt, noise, weather, and physical effort. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
