Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality Diagnostic CT procedures, applying radiation protection principles.
• Administer contrast media per protocol, maintain aseptic techniques, and accurately document procedures.
• Respond to patients' changing physical conditions during procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Current ARRT registration and compliance with Michigan licensing and accreditation standards.
• Effective communication skills with patients and team members.
• Ability to document procedures accurately and work effectively under stress.
• Graduation from a radiology technology program or equivalent experience.
• ARRT (R) registration in Radiography and CT.
• Ability to move patients and equipment safely, dexterity, and attention to detail.
• CPR certification.

Desired Qualifications

• CT Advanced Modality Certification within the first year.
• Experience with PACS, EPIC, and previous CT work.

Work Schedule

• 40 hours/week, mostly days with occasional evenings and weekends.

Work Locations

• Various off-site locations including Livonia, Brighton, Canton, and East Ann Arbor.

Work Modes

Hybrid or remote options are at the department's discretion, with annual reviews.

Additional Information

This position is covered under the U-M collective bargaining agreement. Background screening and drug testing are required. The application review begins after seven days of posting.
