Job summary

Atrium Hospitality Lincoln is hiring a part-time Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain the complimentary breakfast and evening reception for guests. You will greet guests, keep service areas clean, and assist with light food prep and stock while ensuring safety standards.

No prior experience required; we welcome team players who can work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Atrium offers health coverage and a 401(k) with company match, plus Paid Time Off and other perks.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love teamwork, we’ll teach you the rest.
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Jump in where needed—light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift.
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed.
