Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time team member at the San Marcos Embassy Suites to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will prepare and present complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception, keep areas clean and stocked, and assist guests warmly while maintaining safety standards.

Experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred, with Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications encouraged or obtainable within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, guest service, or cashier roles preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
• Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean and stocked.
• Greet guests and handle questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, and service area support.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready-buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
• Jump in where needed-whether that's light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed

What We Are Looking For:

• No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love teamwork, we'll teach you the rest
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
