Complimentary Breakfast Attendant

Position Summary:

Complimentary Breakfast Attendants ensure a pleasant and efficient breakfast/dining experience for guests by preparing serving stations and serving food, maintaining the breakfast area, and providing excellent customer service.

*Though Complimentary Breakfast Attendants typically work mornings, this position requires availability on Wednesdays from 3 PM to 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving Station Preparation: Prepare area and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with any special requests.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly.
• Customer Service: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Additional Responsibilities

• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and work rules, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
• Adapt to varying business demands, which may require working different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
