Job summary

Bart's Electric in Liberty, MO is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to lead BE360’s workforce pipeline efforts and community outreach. You will build partnerships, programs, and outreach that introduce individuals to careers in the electrical industry and apprenticeship pathways.

You will serve as the primary community ambassador for BE360, driving engagement, awareness, and recruitment while coordinating program delivery, operations, and impact across schools, nonprofits, and workforce

Qualifications

• Public speaking and relationship-building experience.
• Experience in workforce development, recruiting, or education programs.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor program participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead BE360's workforce development strategy and annual planning.
• Develop and oversee pipeline programs—youth, adult transition, pre-apprenticeship, camps, and academies.
• Oversee program operations, registration, scheduling, and participant tracking.
• Coordinate instructors, events, facilities, and logistics.
• Foster partnerships with schools, colleges, workforce boards, nonprofits, and industry groups.
• Promote electrical careers and drive interest into apprenticeship programs.
