Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual education roadmaps and career pathways for each department.

        Certifications & Partnerships
        • Research, recommend, and implement industry certifications and credential pathways (OSHA, NCCER, manufacturer certifications, continuing education).
        • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, industry associations, and external education providers.

        • Partner with the Apprenticeship team on apprentice-to-journeyman progression.
        • Coordinate with Workforce Development and external education to share resources and expand offerings.

        • Annual department education plans completed and departments actively engaged in training.
        • Training participation and completion rates; certification attainment.
        • Department-leader satisfaction and internal promotion readiness.
        • Reduction in identified skill gaps.
        • Improved workforce capability, operational performance, and safety outcomes.
        Qualifications
        • Experience in workforce development, technical education, construction, operations, or skilled trades.
        • Strong program/project-management and organizational skills.
        • Experience building or delivering training programs and learning resources.
