Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
- CNS or RD/RDN certification required.
- Experience providing one-on-one nutrition counseling.
- Familiarity with GLP1 medications and nutrition.
- Experience operating an InBody or similar body composition analyzer.
Responsibilities
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to members.
- Assess dietary needs, health history, and wellness goals.
- Develop customized nutrition plans for weight management and wellness.
- Educate on macronutrients, hydration, and sustainable habits.
- Lead weight management programming and track client progress.
- Perform body composition assessments and explain results.
- Collaborate with YMCA trainers for integrated plans.
- Maintain documentation and stay updated on GLP1 best practices.
