The Community Vocational Specialist provides compassionate support and supervision for adults with disabilities, helping them achieve their employment-related goals through engaging and meaningful activities. These include volunteer opportunities, on-the-job guidance, and community outings such as educational classes and tours. Throughout the day, the Community Vocational Specialist mentors and encourages participants to fully engage in planned activities while also providing transportation for all group outings. Additionally, they track participant progress through data collection and record‑keeping to assess program success. Wage: $22.75 per hour
Employer-paid benefits:
