This position supports the City's communication efforts by producing engaging video content, public service announcements, and multimedia projects that inform and connect with the community. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling abilities, technical video production skills, and a passion for creating high-quality visual content.

Qualifications

• Ability to capture high-quality video with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in editing videos for public service announcements and promotional content.
• Ability to write scripts and assist in developing creative concepts for video productions.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video by operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for a variety of productions.
• Edit video projects, including public service announcements and promotional content.
• Write scripts and assist in developing creative concepts for video productions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, filming locations, and production activities.
• Organize and maintain the department's digital video library.
• Serve as floor director during studio and on-location productions.
• Operate audio mixing equipment during productions.
• Support a variety of multimedia projects and perform other duties as assigned.
