Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, Minnesota, is seeking a full‑time Urologist to join a highly respected, physician‑led medical center.

• Join a growing team of 3 Urologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Physicians working in the urology practice will have access to top‑tier technology in the OR and clinic (for example: UroNav, Digital Scopes, Operative Microscope, and DaVinci Robot) along with full complement of diagnostic radiology, laboratory and stimulation testing.
• Call Obligations: NPs/PAs first call cover M‑F 8A to 5P; physicians call coverage equally rotated.
• Ability to work collectively with well‑established referral resources, to grow practice general urology practice, and niche interests.
• Teaching and Research opportunities in conjunction with Mayo Clinic.
• Work in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. Mayo Clinic Health System Mankato’s operative suite recently underwent a $70+ million dollar expansion. Future expansion projects underway.

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary range for surgical specialties may range from $307,250 to $843,000. This range reflects full‑time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate may vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
