What You’ll Do:

As a Community Turn Assistant, you’ll play a key role in preparing apartments for new residents during the turn season. You’ll assist leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth transition and provide an outstanding living experience. This temporary, non-exempt position reports directly to the Property Manager.

Where You’ll Work:

Welcome to East Village! We offer off-campus apartments near UNC Charlotte with fully furnished options in studio, 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-bedroom layouts, designed for comfort and privacy. Amenities include private bedrooms and bathrooms, large closets, spacious kitchens, in-unit washer and dryer, and private patios or balconies. High-speed internet, cable, and water are included in your rent.

What You’ll Own:

• Providing exceptional customer service to current, future, and past residents.
• Assisting with unit turnover to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior areas, including:
• Picking up litter and debris.
• Watering plants and maintaining landscaping.
• Cleaning swimming pool areas.
• Sweeping, blowing, or pressure-washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.

• Supporting the office team by greeting prospects, conducting tours, and assisting with lease paperwork.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (reading and writing).
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move loads up to 50 lbs, including working with ladders.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 miles of the property.
