Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to drive agency vehicles.
• At least one year of safe driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in group and individual community-based activities.
• Safely transport individuals to and from services and community activities.
• Complete accurate daily documentation in iCareManager.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address organizational needs.
