Community Support Worker
Looking for a rewarding job where you make a difference? We have the opportunity for you! As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals to support them through their journey to independence! If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional, and ILS worker, or as a caregiver, we want to talk to you.

Full time day shift available - Wed-Sat 8am-6pm.

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Locations Include: Burnsville and West St. Paul

Salary Salary: $17.00 hourly

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work (1 year experience preferred)
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
• Valid US driver's license
• Basic computer skills

Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
